Comments & Conclusions: Yellow line = sample origin @ 10mm, red line = solvent front @ 70mm. Lane 1 is the test sample SlimQuick With Hoodia - Powdered Mix Drink - 7255 SE10. Lanes 4, 5 are the authenticated reference samples used for comparison. As per the reference cited above & the reference samples used for comparison, this test sample is not characteristic of a blend containing an extract derived from Hoodia gordonii. The chromatographic profile demonstrated
above cannot indicate the presence of Hoodia gordonii aerial stems in SlimQuick With Hoodia- Powdered Mix Drink - 7255 SE10.
Conclusion: Hoodia gordonii can not be detected in the Slimquick formulation. Chromatographic profile #2 does not show the peaks characteristic of Hoodia gordonii - notice difference in peaks pattern with chromatogram #1 in 25-55min time windows. Analyte P57 can not be detected. The peak showing up in chromatogram #2 at the expected retention time for that analyte does not have a UV spectrum matching that of P57. |
